Shell scheme stands is the only exhibition opportunity for all Sponsors and Exhibitors

For Sponsors
- exhibition space and basic shell scheme stand are included in the Diamond and Platinum sponsorship

For Exhibitors
- standard stand sizes 6 sqm and 9 sqm basic shell scheme,
- exhibition space is available up to 12 sqm,
- 1 x registration complimentary for every 6 sqm,
- acknowledgment and company logo on website and in the final program,
- prices:
2 700 € net  - for 6 sqm standard stand in basic shell scheme (3x2 m²)
4 050 € net  - for 9 sqm standard stand in basic shell scheme (3x3 m²)
450 € net  - for extra1 sqm of standard stand in basic shell scheme

- aluminium frame
- white dividing partitions
Furniture:
- table 70x70cm, brown – 1psc
- chair, black – 1 psc./3sqm

- 100W spotlight 1psc/4 sqm
- electricity connection max. 1kW/booth (1 psc of 230V socket)

General information and conditions:
All prices included in the offer are in EUR and do not include VAT.  According to Polish tax law, 23% VAT is charged. Reverse charge is possible with respect to individual countries and services.
Required documents for revers charge option: 
1/ scan of the official confirmation that the company, has own tax number - confirmation from your tax office – or scan from VIES
2/ scan from the National Court Register with the name, address and number of company registration

Official Sponsors are required to pay 40% of contracted amount before the acknowledgement of their status is displayed to the website.
The full Sponsor contract are required to be paid by April 30, 2022
Exhibitors are required to pay in full before the acknowledgement of their status is displayed on the website.
Cancellation and refund conditions for Sponsors and Exhibitors:
Cancellation until April 30, 2022 - 40% of total contract amount
Cancellation after April 30, 2022 – no refund
