Registration Guide

The Organizing Committee of the ICC2022 provides the early registration fee until April 29, 2022 for the participants. All persons wishing to attend the meeting are kindly requested to register online through the registration system.

Regular participants /invited/coordinator/ Reduced Fee includes:

•  Delegate materials
•  Name badge
•  Admission to all Plenaries, Oral and Poster Sessions
•  Admission to Exhibition area
•  Coffee/tea served during the coffee breaks
•  Lunch
•  The Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail on July 10, 2022

One-day participation Fee includes:

•  Delegate materials
•  Name badge
•  Admission to all Plenaries, Oral and Poster Sessions on the selected day
•  Admission to Exhibition area on the selected day
•  Conference catering on the selected day

Gala dinner:
The Gala dinner is NOT included in the registration fee. Participants who wish to attend the conference dinner are requested to make a separate reservation and purchase the ticket(s).

Accompanying person Registration Fee includes:

•    Name badge
•    The Opening Ceremony and Welcome Coctail on July 10, 2022
•    Sightseeing Krakow city tour - conference excursion on July 11, 2022 at 09.00 am, meeting point at registration desk
•    Lunch

Payment

The copy of the registration form including the guidelines for payment will be sent after registration.

•  the active link for the credit card payment - only Visa and MasterCard are accepted

Please NOTE: All bank charges should be covered by participant.

The registration will be completed upon receipt of the full payment. If payment is not made within 10 days, the registration will be cancelled automatically.
Payment by the bank transfer will be possible only until July 05, 2022. After this date payment will be possible only by credit card.
The invoice will be issued immediately after receiving the payment and sent by email.

Cancellation

All information about cancellation and changes must be submitted in writing to the Symposium Secretariat: ceramicsineurope2022@symposium.pl
